400 Mile Fitness Challenge 2011 – Week 1

I’ve decided to join Ellie and her friends in this wonderful challenge. 

I don’t need to lose weight – but, I am supposed to exercise because I have diabeties.  And, to tell you the truth I haven’t been doing too well with that part.  I take my medicine, eat well (with a few slips here and there – but in moderation), and test my sugar every day…but exercise seemed to fall by the wayside…

So, I’m fixing that…

Week 1 – 

Thursday – 1/6  –  Rode Stationary Bike for 15 min = 1 mile

Total for Week 1 = 1 mile

It’s a start!!!
